  • roczny wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się dla danego etapu studiów wynosi 1500-1800 h, co odpowiada 60 ECTS;
  • tygodniowy wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta wynosi 45 h;
  • 1 punkt ECTS odpowiada 25-30 godzinom pracy studenta potrzebnej do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się;
  • tygodniowy nakład pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się pozwala uzyskać 1,5 ECTS;
  • nakład pracy potrzebny do zaliczenia przedmiotu, któremu przypisano 3 ECTS, stanowi 10% semestralnego obciążenia studenta.

IV. COURSE EVALUATION

• Attendance at classes

• Knowledge of reading and participation in discussions and hatha-yoga practice during classes

• Solving problems in the given physical, hatha-yoga practice, and breathing exercises, and meditation practices.

• Individual/or group presentation of autodescriptions of practice and feelings.

• Final essay.


Student will receive his/her mark on condition of being present at most of the classes. Student is allowed to be absent during one meeting.

II. STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES

1. Knowledge

• Knowledge of basic knowledge about emotions

• Knowledge about interpersonal communication in organizations.

2. Skills

• Improving communication skills of participants

• Enhancing skills of reducing negative emotions by work on the body and the mind (hatha-yoga, and breathing exercises)

• The skills of meditation as the development and expansion of consciousness

3. Attitudes/Competencies

• An awareness of self.

• Openness and empathy.

• A sensitivity to the ethical aspects of communication in culturally diverse organizations.

III. COURSE CONTENTS

• Lecture on the ability to create conditions for the development of creative talents and attitudes.

• Laughter as a method of unlocking your energy, intuition, and talent.

• Learning acceptance and tolerance for own and others' disturbing emotions.

• The practice of stress reduction and personal development. Hatha-yoga practice, pranayama, and sitting meditation.)

Knowledge:

Students should learn and understand the basic concepts of contemplative sciences(K_W09, K_W11, K_W12)>

Skills:

Students know how to do research and how to analyze empirical protocols in the perspective of contemplative sciences. Students know how to use the techniques of contemplative research (K_U01, K_U11, K_U17).

Attitude/Competencies:

Students are able to conduct social research in an emphatic and ethical way, and to cooperate within research team (K_K01, K_K08, K_K11, K_K12)

Sposoby i kryteria oceniania:

• Attendance at classes and activity during the class.

• Knowledge of reading and participation in discussions during classes

• Participating in physical exercises (the practice of hatha-yoga, asanas - postures), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation practices (dhjana)

• Solving problems in the given case studies.

• Writing auto-reports from the experiences during the yoga practice.

• Writing diary.
