The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the assumptions and forms of activities undertaken in relation to children and youth, including young adults, threatened by marginalization and social exclusion.During the course we will discuss, among others, the problems faced by children and youth in the modern world, both on a global scale and in relation to European countries and Poland, as well as activities carried out in widely understood social work and other helping professions. The subject, which consists of two parts (child care and youth work) is set in the framework of a right- based approach. |
