The course focuses on issues related to improving skills such as business communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, analyzing and emotions controlling. Content presented during classes refers mainly to negotiations and treating them as an excellent base to improve all these marketer's skills. Negotiations are seen multifaceted – as a particular managerial competence, helpful tool in establishing a creative dialogue not only between business partners, but also as an instrument of exchange, or values distribution at stake. The entire subject is illustrated with practical examples including techniques and strategies as well as rules of business communication accuracy. During the course students learn how to become a successful negotiator in business as well as in personal life. The class will also allow participants to learn and then train in conflict resolutions. Students will learn about the causes of conflicts and possibilities for conflict management. |

It is also about enhancing opportunity for the individuals to develop their potential and effectively managing in a changing world. It provides a set of methods for systematically bringing about high-performing organization. During the course students will be provided with an integrated and comprehensive view of the field of OD and HRM. The stages of a typical OD program will be explored step-by-step with the variety of techniques and problems involved in an organizational development effort which include also HRM tools and solutions in this respect. The course is organized according to experiential learning approach that means the students not only read the concepts but mainly practice and experiment using the techniques in simulated situations. |
